jobbe firhendig
This is what was used when I worked as a dental assistant in the early 1990ies, and you can e.g. find it the articles given below. You can probably also use "firhendig behandling" if the format "jobbe firhendig" does not fit well in your context, but the basic idea is "firhendig" from all I remember and what I find.
