C. Biens immobiliers
1. Liste de tous les biens immobiliers appartenant aux Sociétés (faisant apparaître, notamment, une évaluation de ces biens immobiliers et une description ____**des sûretés grevant ces biens**____
______
"Biens immobiliers" is a heading in the legal audit specification, and this is the 1st item under that heading.
I have only a vague idea of what this means, and none at all regarding how to express it in technical terms. Any help much appreciated - many thanks!

encumbrances on the properties
I'd go for 'encumbrances' over 'liens' because it's more common in this context, and broader as a concept, since we don't know specifically if the encumbrances in question are mortgages, liens, security interests or some other kind of encumbrance. "Properties" is fine for 'real property' which is what this is, since they are talking about a number of plots or buildings.

liens
Unless liens are referred to in addition to this, this is what is being described.
