: Assuming the French has or should have an upper-case C. Indeed, my refs above R from that website, tho' that does not mean there R not other generic 1s./Yep, that site appears 2B the only usage./What, U mean like logiciel, progiciel, référentiel?

Thanks Bourth. It is not 100% clear whether this refers to the software package in question but, usually, "compétentiel" would be an adjective.// Yes: it's a sort of nomadic suffix.
