Englisch translation: EDP (Electronic Data Processing)

Deutsch Begriff oder Satz: EVC; EVD
These two abbreviations have me stumped. Both appear in a brief job description for a drafter. Unfortunately, the company the drafter works for does not have a website and the company itself is not the client I'm dealing with (first agency, then law firm, then company), so it's hard to get an answer from the horse's mouth. Context is minimal:

"Stellenbeschreibung Technischer Zeichner EVC" and
"Zu dem Aufgabengebiet gehört des Weiteren die Erstellung von Stücklisten, Stammdatenblättern und Änderungsmitteilungen zur Weiterbearbeitung durch EVD."

Thanks in advance for any help with these.
