bartacked Erklärung: This is a total guess, I'm afraid... it's some method of finishing the shirt tail hem and I've only heard of "Briefecke" - envelope or mitre corner (see the glossary link below) My reasoning - it could refer to the "corners" where the curved shirt tail sections meet at both side seams. These angles might require some reinforcement so bartacking is a possibility... Hope that you get some more confident suggestions - good luck.
