Selected
medical rep תועמלן רפואי
The position is medical rep in English, and to'amlan refu'i in Hebrew. I've never come across a name for the profession in English, nor have I encountered ta'amula refu'it in Hebrew. I have encountered to'amlanut refu'it.

medical propaganda
In absence of the context, this is a word for word rendering.

A literal translation (such as Judith and Penina and Yigal are suggesting, explicitly and/or implicitly) would NOT WORK.
Propaganda is a particularly bizarre suggestion in this context.
I am going to post another suggestion, but in the absence of more context I think this one is also possible.

(I mean, medical information officer).
Officer and executive are catch-alls, in English.

Penina Wolicki
: תעמולה cannot be an officer, maybe תעמולן

Indeed it can; this word is used extensively in English.

Well, no, it couldn't: there is no such thing in English. Please show me where MY answer is WRONG before you press Disagree - you are misusing that button YET AGAIN.
