Igazából nincsenek nagy hagyományai nálunk, de úgy tudom, máshol sem.
Azt találtam róla, hogy "striped catfish".
A latin neve "pangasius", lehet, hogy inkább ezt érdemes megtartani?
Persze, nem biztos, hogy zoológusok fogják nézegetni az étlapot.:-)

Comment: "Valószínűleg meghonosodott tükörfordítás miatt lett nálunk is "cápaharcsa". Latin neveket nem szívesen tennék étlapra (ha van más is), mert nem biztos, hogy mindenki érti.
