AGITATOR
I think that "agitatore a scosse" is normally rendered as "agitator" in English because agitating implies the concept of shaking, aligning, uniforming or similar by the process of agitation or as the Italians say "a scosse".

shaker conveyor
I'm thinking that it's a type of method of transport that uses vibration to move parts. If this is the case it's a shaker conveyor, if it's used more as a type of sieve or filter, it would be a jolt agitator or shock agitator. I hope this helps.
