Comment: "Very good... Could I add female and if so should it come before or after IBM? "FormeR IBM female employees meet every December" or "Former female IBM employees meet every December"???"

: Although (to my surprise) Oxford does accept "functionary" as a valid word, it is too formal and not quite the same meaning - "someone who has to perform *official* duties".

E acredito que o verbo "meet" é diferente de "reunite", como o substantivo "meeting" é de "reunion".

: "get together" would be more natural than "reunite"

It wouldn't have the same meaning as "reencontro", though.
