An expression
I know this is a variation on "não medir esforços" and the only phrase I've seen is "grudge no pains" which sounds really awful. Any ideas anyone for a better sounding term.

A gente pode ver o quanto isso fez a diferença.
O nosso investimento aqui na XXX, em treinamentos, ele não mede esforços,
Ele busca o que tem de melhor no Mercado, e a nossa equipe de brigada.....

no efforts are spared
Not 100% sure of context. What is the subject of the phrase? If it is 'investimento' then 'no efforts are spared in order to ensure our investment in training here at XXX...'
If however the subject is a specific individual, then 'he spares no efforts in ensuring our investment in training here at XXX...'

he spares no effort
Maria Teresa is on the right track, but the use of this phrase in the passive voice does not sound natural in English.
