I'd be grateful if you can tell me how to translate the term "cebollas cortadas en juliana". I know its a way to cut onions (cebollas). We use for example "cebollas a la pluma", when onions are cut in very thin slices, but I don't know about cebollas en juliana.

Not my field, hence I won't hazard a guess, but is this by any chance 'julienne cut onions'? Forgive my ignorance if Julienne doesn't quite translate from Juliana. :)
