You need not translate literally.
"In view of all the foregoing" is more exact but the meaning of the phrase may be rendered with "hence." The main part of the sentence is that the court is being requested to recognize as admissible what has been presented.
It is best to translate sentences rather than individual words, while being alert for technical expressions, terms of art, & true equivalents from one language to another.
Don't necessarily go with "hence" but give it a thought before finally choosing.
