si no, "the complinant is (nombre de la persona)" suena igualmente bien

If you only have one name, it is better this option. That happens sometimes because there are templates forms to be filled out but the person who typed it didn't realise there is only one party this time. (It happened to me already).

Other thing, there is a spelling mistake in the Spanish text with the word "denunciarte". It should be denunciante........... well perhaps it is not so useful if you are translating into English, but it is worth it to mention.

This really means the Plaintiff, but may admit more than one person.

Cualquiera de los dos términos se refieren a la "parte actora". Pero probablemente en tu contexto mencionen tambien la otra parte (demandada), con lo cual debemos observar el paralelismo.

En caso de que se mencionen ambas partes, y tu elección fuera COMPLAINANT o PLAINTIFF, deberías referirte a la otra parte como DEFENDANT.

Si el contexto te obliga a poner "party", una opción sería la de Parrot.

En cualquier caso, estoy de acuerdo con las sugerencias de evitar la frase "ESTA COMPUESTA POR". (The plaintiff is....).

Otra opción sería, si el texto lo permite, reformular la estructura del párrafo.
Por ejemplo:
"xxxxxx as party of the first part, and yyyyyyyy as party of the second part...."
