International Carriage Except for the purpose of the Warsaw Convention or the Montreal Convention, carriage in which, according to the contract of carriage, the place of departure and any place of landing are situated in more than one State. As used in this definition, the term \"State\" includes all territory subject to the sovereignty, suzerainty, mandate, authority or trusteeship thereof.
