WF Pro: empty .mif file after cleanup

I translated a .mif file, did the transcheck, and when I cleanup the file I have an empty .mif. The file is the same size of the original but with no text. It is a very small file and don't really understand what's the problem. Is it something to do with the Framemaker filter settings?
Can someone pls help?

Adobe fonts? Nov 17, 2010

If you do IT >EN translation, the cause of this possibility is about Adobe font mismatch: a big problem for FrameMaker 8.0 file etc.
