Für die Zubereitung der Salsa benötigen Sie 500 Gramm Tomaten, zwei rote Zwiebeln, zwei Knoblauchzehen,

First, put the tomatoes in a large bowl and cover them with boiling water.
As soon as the skin splits, drain the water and slip skins off the tomatoes.
Then, cut the pulp in cubes and remove seeds and stems.
Peel off the garlic and the onions skins, remove the seeds from the chili pepper and finely chop the three ingredients.
Then, mix the chopped ingredients with the tomatoes and season the sauce with salt and pepper, some lime juice, and the olive oil.
Finely chop up half of the parsley, add it to the tomatoes, then leave the sauce to blend for at least two hours in the refrigerator,
