We'll discuss 4 free tools that help you organize your work day, streamline your projects, and save time. We'll walk through a regular project and explore each management step up until the moment you need to sit down and translate it: (1) receiving files by email, (2) saving it to the cloud, (3) scheduling the project, and (4) recording project and billing info. By following these steps, you'll be able to track each request to plan your week and become more efficient when you have projects back to back and work with multiple clients.

Bio: Rafa Lombardino is a translator and journalist from Brazil who lives in California. She has been working as a translator since 1997 and, in 2011, started to join forces with self-published authors to translate their work into Portuguese and English. In addition to acting as content curator at eWordNews, she also runs Word Awareness, a small network of professional translators, and coordinates a project called Contemporary Brazilian Short Stories (CBSS) to promote Brazilian literature worldwide.
