What can I
offer?

I passed
the state examination for translators (in Bavaria) with a specialization in
business and economics. Due to the subsequent swearing-in, I have also acquired
the right to translate and certify documents. I also translate marketing texts
and the odd instruction manual. My (not so secret) passion, however, is
subtitles. I love the relatively free translation and the challenge of
translating the spoken word into another language in this time-constrained
setting. I also had the pleasure of translating a novel a few years ago, and
what can I say? A second passion was born.

What I
can't offer:

Deliver
high-quality translations within the shortest possible time. So, if you're
looking for someone who can deliver "a 3,000-word text by noon
today," I'm afraid I can't help.
