A well-attended Powwow with 21 translators turning up on the day. Thanks very much to everyone who made it along, particularly those who traveled considerable distances to be with us. Thank you all very much for making it such a memorable occasion!
The weather held out for about 3 hours, and we enjoyed good food, friendly chat and the odd game of boules on Bruntsfield Links (thanks Graeme!). When the rain came on we decamped to my flat for more food, drinks and chat. Everything finally wound down at about 9pm, with some hard-core revellers heading on to the Brauhaus for a late drink.
We now look forward to the Halowe'en drinks on 31 October!
