I was wondering if those pharmaceutical translations came from electronic translation database or hopefully not but so-called professional translators. Translating involves more than linguistic knowledge it also requires knowledge of the subject matter, dictionaries do not substitute for a real understanding of the topic.

There is always the chance of human error. One small mistake could lead to thousands of labels being printed with incorrect spelling or meaning...this kind of affair must also be monitored not simply by the translator but the consequent editors and proofreaders of such significant information!
