(charactéristiques) pharmacotechniques

French to English Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals pharmaceutical products
lists mean mass, uniformity, resistance to breakage, etc. of a tablet.

I hesitate to use 'pharmacotechnical' because the references I've seen are mostly translations.

To answer Michael's remark in physical characteristics, the mechanicval aspect is missing so I suggest: "physico-chemical and mechanical characteristics of a tablet" which seem to take into account everything mentioned in the question.

This is an option to avoid the translatorism you have already found, and it should cover all the features you describe. There might be a better option though.
