Depends on how far the "alphabet" analogy is continued in the article!

OK - I've looked at this more seriously. The best translation I can find for this march is "The Dissenters March". Since the title (as is common) is not closely connected with the article, I suggest something like "Consent and Dissent on the March against Putin". There is no need to follow the "alphabet" analogy or my "musical scale". See for example http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dissenters_March

Note from asker:
Again, it's just a title and nothing about the "alphabet" in the article which describes "March of the Discontented" and the author expresses its opinion on Putin's rule |
I am thinking about your variant, David, which indeed sounds well, but it may be translated as "согласные и несогласные" but "гласные" is a different word, it may also originate from the word "glasnosti" and may mean something like "those allowed to speak" |

: A fine title for the subject. However, it throws away the original's wordplay.

Thanks, Sergej! Actually, I wanted to use "inconsonant" because it's the same word play as in the Russian "несогласные": "consonant" means "согласная буква"

Consonance and ... discontent
Consonance and ... discontent
discontent is often used in the US to refer to political movements.
In the English I have seen about these marchers, they are called Dissenters' marches so I think consonance and ... dissent would also work and would cue readers to the right context anyway.
