"Approccio" è un calco di un deverbale (dal fr. "approcher") che ha ottenuto legittimazione in italiano per l'uso dilagante che se ne fa. Oggi tutto è "approccio": approccio globale, approccio sistemico, approccio utilitaristico, approccio olistico e chi più ne ha più ne metta. Approccio significa tutto e non significa niente. È un po' come l'orribile "e quant'altro" che da anni mi logora le orecchie quando ho la malaugurata idea di accendere il televisore (per fortuna capita di rado). Una di quelle espressioni che si mettono come il prezzemolo in mancanza di meglio, approfittando della sua vaghezza.
Per cui: certo, si usa, si trova ovunque, ma questa non mi sembra una buona ragione per continuare ad usarlo in modo acritico.
