questa domanda è legata alla precedente e cioè un testo sulla GDPR verso l’inglese che sto rivedendo. Il mio dubbio è come tradurre “contenzioso speciale” – special litigation procedure?

This appears to be referring to more than just litigation, but I'm having a hard time seeing how this fits into the entire sentence and the context of the document as a whole.

Thanks Asker. That actually is helpful because of the "bilanciamento di interessi legittimi" part. It gives context. I think I would still use "special disputes." What I wonder about is the breakdown of this series. Is it:
I) Corrispondenza commerciale speciale
a) quale contenzioso speciale
i) quale contenziosi, morosita, aspetti legali, etc.
Or is it
I) Corrispondenza commerciale speciale
a) quale contenzioso speciale
b) quale contenziosi, morosita, aspetti legali, etc.
Because of the repeat of "quale" I lean toward the first option, which is why I don't think that this has to do with litigation proceedings because in this case (option A) "contenzioso speciale" would also cover communications regarding various "aspetti legali" and "morosità" but then some of these items don't make sense as a sub-heading of "contenzioso speciale" or "corrispondenza commerciale speciale," for that matter, which leads me to believe that maybe the Italian is just structured poorly and some of these items are on the same level as "legati a verifiche fiscali".
