: IMO this is rather the active searching of a body, e.g., by the police, and search hits are often "foreign body retrieval"s (?)

I give this alternative as I was able find it rather often related to hospital locations or in general.

Hospital record - did the patient die in hospital? In that case I would use the solution above, where finding the body was not the issue but rather finding out that the body was a dead body. And on that gruesome note...
