Professional Engineer = a title of professional certification (US abbreciaiotn:PE)

Greetings.

That Arabic expression equates in the (US) English to "Professional Engineer."

That is a title signifying full professional qualification (after one has passed a rigorous series of technical examinations) and receives that resultant certification by a recognized professional association.

The US English abbreviation is "P.E." and that is customarily shown right after a person's name, i.e., Mr. Fulaan Fulaan, PE.
