you are no longer actively employed by xy on the bonus award date or if you have received notice of employment termination, or are serving any period of required notice of resignation through such date, you will not be eligible to receive a bonus and/or any fixed pay or allowance increase {if applicable) or any portion of it. The bonus awards are governed by the rules of your employment contract and the applicable controlling award documents or agreements governing the relevant bonus awards and/or deferral awards, as applicable. Additionally, your rights to the deferred bonus award(s)are subject io the vesting rules, schedules and the additional terms of the applicable controlling award plans and/or agreements governing the deferred award(s).
