Temple of Zeus
This temple was most likely the official sanctuary of the Molossians, where they worshiped the god of war, Zeus Areios, the dominant deity of the Dorian inhabitants of Epirus. This view is supported by the fact that foreign cities assigned their decrees at the site of the sanctuary, and by a honorary mention by a Roman emperor, who dedicated his statue.

consecrate
The view that the temple was the official sanctuary of the Molossians is supported by the fact that a Roman emperor consecrated his statue to the temple, i.e. he wished himself and his memory, represented by the statue, to be associated with the temple.

: Now that's English. Unlike the Asker's term, which is a collection of (almost) English words.
