(third-party) dispenser vending companies

this is basically a guess, but I think they must be talking about companies that provide dispensers for TP and soap in public restrooms?

something like: Attract new customers from the dispenser industry

Maybe something like: "draw new customers who currently use other systems"
or "attract new customers who are currently using other systems"

"Attract customers currently using other systems" is more succinct
Note from asker:
They produce dispensers for public restrooms and are looking for new clients willing to buy them. Maybe they want to attract new customers who until now have bought dispensers from competitors. How would you put this in English?

Fremd = new, strange , foreign

Novel can mean new or unusual, hence novel dispensers.
(new dispensers - get new customers - didn't have quite the right ring to it)
Note from asker:
What about the word "fremd"?
