lymph node proliferation

It would help to know whether the report is a clinical or a radiological finding.

Is there a punctuation mark missing between 'Halsgefäße' and 'vermehrter LK-Besatz' ?

@ Barbara Greenwood:
Thanks for the clarification. I'm not sure whether an MRI would be able to show lymph node proliferation. To be on the safer side, I would suggest
lymph node enlargement [or: enlarged lymph nodes]

Btw, is there a punctuation mark missing between 'Halsgefäße' and 'vermehrter LK-Besatz' ?
Example sentence:

Differential diagnosis of nodular lymph node proliferation

Note from asker:
This is in the summary section of an MR tomography. Does that clarify at all? Thank you!
Sorry I didn't respond to that question. There is no missing punctuation from the sentence in the report. Thank you for your help.
