Again, from a troubleshooting report about a sheet feeder, written by a representative of a Swiss manufacturer of paper-making machines. I assume that kontra means 'gegen' but don't know what to make of He. Here's the context:

Die Fehlbogen **kontra He** arbeitete bei schwarzem Papier nicht immer richtig.
Das Problem lag daran, das die Halterung der Fotozelle nicht mehr in der richtigen Position zum Material
stand.
Dadurch konnte das ausgesendete Signal nicht zurückgesendet werden.
Der Halter wurde wieder eingestellt, und die Funktion des Lichttasters mit schwarzem Papier getestet.

Thanks to Nicole, Ken, and Jack. In the end, I contacted the client and found out that this was indeed a scanned text, hence the OCR errors. I was given the PDF version and lo and behold, instead of Fehlbogen kontra He, there was Fehlbogenkontrolle!
