Hi:

I am a Catalan and Spanish native speaker currently living in the US. I trained as linguist at the University of Barcelona obtaining two related BAs:

- Language pedagogy (English, Spanish and Catalan)

- Modern languages (German, English and Dutch)


Since 2009 I combine my day job as executive in an international financial institution with free-lance translations.


My favourite pairs of languages are:

- Source languages: English, German and Dutch

- Target languages: Spanish and Catalan


The topics that I usually translate are varied, but some of them are:

- Banking and Finance

- Economy

- Marketing

- Legal 

- Technique and IT


Next to translation, I also do video and audio transcriptions, proof reading and other revisions.
