Ausgangstext - Englisch The legal basis for processing these voluntarily provided data is the pre-contractual relationship between the Controller and the Data Subject, where the Controller provides information about its services at the Data Subject’s request.
The personal data to be transmitted in connection with a request sent by the Data Subject will be processed both for the duration of the pre-contractual and possible contractual relationship between the Controller and the Data Subject and for the period necessary to defend the Controller's legal claims related to its activities.
There will be no automated decision-making or profiling of the Data Subject when his or her personal data are processed and the Controller does not intend to provide the personal data to third countries, international organisations, or third parties.
In particular, the Data Subject has the right to request from the Controller access to, rectification or deletion of his or her personal data, or restriction of their processing, the right to object to the processing and also the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if the Controller infringes the Regulation and/or the Act when it processes the personal data.

Übersetzung - Slowakisch Právnym základom spracovania týchto dobrovoľne poskytnutých údajov je predzmluvný vzťah medzi Prevádzkovateľom a Dotknutou osobou, v rámci ktorého Prevádzkovateľ poskytuje na žiadosť Dotknutej osobe informácie o svojich službách.
Osobné údaje odovzdané v súvislosti s odoslaním dopytu Dotknutej osoby budú spracované po dobu trvania predzmluvného a prípadného zmluvného vzťahu Prevádzkovateľa a Dotknutej osoby, a ďalej po dobu nevyhnutnú na obhajobu právnych nárokov Prevádzkovateľa súvisiacich s činnosťou Prevádzkovateľa.
Pri spracovaní osobných údajov Dotknutej osoby nebude dochádzať k automatizovanému rozhodovaniu ani k profilovaniu, pričom Prevádzkovateľ nemá v úmysle poskytnúť osobné údaje do tretej krajiny, medzinárodnej organizácii ani 3. osobám.
Dotknutá osoba má predovšetkým právo požadovať od Prevádzkovateľa prístup k svojim osobným údajom, ich opravu alebo vymazanie, prípadne obmedzenie spracovania, právo namietať proti spracovaniu, ako aj právo podať sťažnosť k Úradu na ochranu osobných údajov, ak Prevádzkovateľ postupuje pri spracovaní osobných údajov v rozpore s Nariadením a/alebo Zákonom.
Formulár „Cenová ponuka do 60 min.“ a „Nezáväzná cenová ponuka“ nie je primárne určený pre návštevníkov mladších ako 16 rokov.
