Ausgangstext - Englisch Modern wind turbines fall into two basic groups: the horizontal-axis variety and the vertical-axis design, like the eggbeater-style Darrieus model, named after its French inventor. Horizontal-axis wind turbines typically either have two or three blades. These three-bladed wind turbines are operated ''upwind'', with the blades facing into the wind.
Utility-scale turbines range in size from 100 kilowatts to as large as several megawatts. Larger turbines are grouped together into wind farms, which provide bulk power to the electrical grid. Single small turbines, below 100 kilowatts, are used for homes, telecommunications dishes or water pumping. Small turbines are sometimes used in connection with diesel , batteries and photovoltaic systems. These systems are called hybrid wind systems and are typically used to remote, off-grid locations, where a connection to the utility grid is not available.
Estimates of the wind resource are expressed in wind power classes ranging from Class1 to Class 7, with each class representing a range of mean wind power density or equivalent mean speed at specified heights above the ground. Areas designated Class 4 or greater are suitable with advanced wind turbine technology under development today. Power Class 3 areas may be suitable for future technology. Class 2 areas are marginal and Class 1 areas are unsuitable for wind energy development.

Jedná se o variantu s horizontální osou a variantu s vertikální osou, jakou je Darrieův model pojmenovaný po svém francouzském vynálezci, jež je ve tvaru ručního šlehače. Větrné turbíny s horizontální osou jsou typicky se dvěma nebo třemi listy. Tyto třílistové turbíny fungují proti větru tak, že listy turbíny větru čelí.
Turbíny, jež se dají napojit na rozvodní síť, se liší velikostí od 100 kilovatů až po několik megavatů. Turbíny větších velikostí jsou seskupeny na větrných farmách, které do rozvodné sítě hromadně dodávají svou energii. Jednotlivé malé turbíny o velikosti pod 100 kilovatů jsou užívány v domácnostech, telekomunikačních zařízeních nebo k čerpání vody. Malé turbíny jsou někdy používány ve spojení s dieslovými generátory, bateriemi a fotovoltaickými systémy. Tyto systémy se nazývají hybridní větrné systémy. Odhady potenciálu větrného zdroje jsou vyjádřeny kategorizací větrné energie v rozmezí od kategorie 1 do kategorie 7, kde každá kategorie reprezentuje stupeň hustoty průměrné větrné energie nebo ekvivalentní průměrnou rychlost větru v určitých výškách nad povrchem země. Oblasti přiřazené do kategorie 4 nebo vyšší jsou vhodné k využití pokročilé technologie větrných turbín, jež jsou právě ve vývoji. Ausgangstext - Englisch Brutalist architecture is a style of architecture which flourished from the 1950s to the mid 1970s, spawned from the modernist architectural movement.
The British architects Alison and Peter Smithson coined the term in 1953, from the French béton brut, or "raw concrete", a phrase used by Le Corbusier to describe the poured board-marked concrete with which he constructed many of his post-World War II buildings. The term gained wide currency when the British architectural critic Reyner Banham used it in the title of his 1966 book, The New Brutalism: Ethic or Aesthetic?, to characterize a somewhat recently established cluster of architectural approaches, particularly in Europe
Brutalist buildings usually are formed with striking repetitive angular geometries, and, where concrete is used, often revealing the texture of the wooden forms used for the in-situ casting. Although concrete is the material most widely associated with Brutalist architecture, not all Brutalist buildings are formed from concrete. Instead, a building may achieve its Brutalist quality through a rough, blocky appearance, and the expression of its structural materials, forms, and (in some cases) services on its exterior. For example, many of Alison and Peter Smithson's houses are built from brick. Brutalist building materials also include glass, steel, rough-hewn stone, and gabion (also known as trapion). Conversely, not all buildings exhibiting an exposed concrete exterior can be considered Brutalist, and may belong to one of a range of architectural styles including Constructivism, International Style, Expressionism, Postmodernism, and Deconstructivism.
Übersetzung - Tschechisch Brutalismus je architektonický styl, jež vzkvétal mezi 50. lety a polovinou 70. let dvacátého století, a který se zrodil z architektonického hnutí zvaného modernismus. Britští architekti Alison a Peter Smithsonovi zavedli tento název roku 1954 z francouzského termínu béton brut, čili pohledový beton. Bylo to označení užívané architektem Le Corbusierem k popisu betonu vylévaného do forem z desek, jejichž dřevěná struktura byla poté na výchozím produktu viditelná. Le Corbusier tímto způsobem zkonstruoval mnoho poválečných budov. Tento termín dosáhl všeobecné známosti roku 1966, kdy ho použil britský kritik architektury Reyner Bahman v názvu své knihy Nový brutalismus: etika nebo estetika? Tím chtěl charakterizovat tehdy již zavedený způsob pojetí architektury, a to zejména v Evropě.
Budovy postavené v brutalistickém stylu se většinou vyznačují nápadně se opakujícím hranatým geometrickým tvarem. Za použití betonu je na výchozí podobě často viditelná textura dřeva, získaná z bednících forem užitých k výrobě odlitků přímo na staveništi. Ačkoli je beton materiálem nejvíce spojovaným s brutalismem, nejsou všechny brutalistické budovy postavené z betonu. Budova může naopak dosáhnout své brutalistické podoby díky drsnému kvádrovému vzhledu a zviditelnění stavebních materiálů, forem a v některých případech i technických zařízení na exteriéru. Mnoho budov v podání Alison a Petera Smithsonových je kupříkladu postaveno z cihel. Materiály užité v brutalistické architektuře také zahrnují sklo, ocel, hrubě otesaný kámen a gabion, také známý jako trapion. A naopak, nemohou být všechny budovy s odkrytým betonovým exteriérem považovány za brutalistické. Ty by mohly spadat do škály mnoha architektonických stylů včetně konstruktivismu, mezinárodního stylu, expresionismu, postmodernismu a dekonstruktivismu.

I studied at Institute of Linguists in London where I graduated in Science and Technology translation. I also studied at the College of Building and Architecture in the Czech Republic where I specialized and graduated from Building Reconstruction field. Most recently, I am finishing a Degree in Modern Languages Applied in Translation at the University of Alcala (Madrid).
I first started working as a tour guide which which consisted in translating guide books and leaflets. I joined the company IMTEC Czech Republic two years later. I spent one year working as a logistics assistant and gained experience in translation related to automotive industry.
After moving to the UK, I gained a five year experience with training staff members on Health & Safety Standards and Customer Service Guidelines. Therefore, I have a broad knowledge of Food Hygiene Standards, which allows me to translate any kind of material related to catering, food industry or customer service.
Most recently, I have been tutoring Spanish speaking professionals in English language. I have been translating their companies' material and aiding them in the preparation of presentations and reports. The semantic fields of this work were mostly technology and marketing.
