I have been working as a translator and technical writer for 25 years. As an educated telecommunications technician and a musician, I specialise in Professional Audio (recording studio equipment, loudspeakers and sound reinforcement technology, power amplification, sound mixing and editing, etc.) as well as electronics (consumer and industrial), telecommunications, computer and network technology, medical (instruments), media, and more.
Very often, technical documents like instruction manuals not written by English native writers require more interpretation to be correct and understandable in the target language. I am able to adapt such source texts in a professional way.
I also offer high specialisation in localising safety chapters for user manuals to comply to local standards and legislation.
