About me Born and raised in Germany, I
spent many years in Hertfordshire, UK, where I worked as Exhibition Manager for
a leading international airport show. Previous jobs with museums, film
productions, TV stations and film festivals have also provided me with a strong
background in media, culture and the arts. I spent the years 2012-2018 in
Basel, Switzerland, where I founded my own translation business, Jigsaw
Translations. Now back in the UK, I offer a broad portfolio of German language
services to companies looking to reach the German and Swiss markets.

Work Experience With more than 15 years' experience in event marketing
on my back, I specialise in marketing translations and content creation for a
broad variety of text types, including sales and marketing brochures, websites,
newsletters, online shops, mobile apps, press releases, white papers,
exhibition catalogues, business correspondence, briefings, reports, summaries,
technical manuals, etc.

Current projects Copywriting and translating for various international trade events and
exhibitions in the UK, Germany, Italy and France, as well as for several British
cultural institutions and historic sites. Other regular clients include a
US-based supplier of warehouse automation technology, a leading international
manufacturer of material handling equipment, and one of the UK’s
largest school examination boards.
