I hold a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and a M.Sc. in Computational Mechanical Engineering. Yet, despite coming from a science background, I am very passionate about languages. Being raised as a bilingual speaker-German and Persian- I was always interested in transferring concepts and thoughts between languages and I think my first translation experience dates back to my childhood when I had to communicate what I had learned in Persian in my second language, i.e. German language and vice versa.
My extensive background in engineering plus my language proficiencies (German, Persian and English) has provided me with a unique expertise in translating technical texts. I have done many translation projects for various companies in Germany and elsewhere and I have always tried my best to get the message across with the highest quality possible.
I have been working as a freelance translator for more than 9 years and I can professionally work with most CAT tools.
