7. Порядок разрешения споров
7.2. При возникновении между Заказчиком и Переводчиком спора по поводу недостатков выполненной работы и невозможности урегулирования этого спора путем переговоров, по требованию любой из сторон может быть назначена экспертиза. Расходы на экспертизу несет Сторона, потребовавшая назначения экспертизы.

7. Arbitration
7.2. Should a dispute arise between the Client and the Translator over the defects in the implemented work, in case these disputes be impossible to resolve through negotiations, an expert examination can be scheduled at the request of any Party. Expenses for the expert examination are to be paid by the Party , which submitted an expert examination.

The synchronised activity of millions of nerve cells in the brain creates minute electromagnetic signals. The electrical component of such activity can be directly measured by EEG (electroencephalography). A more recent method, magnetoencephalography (MEG), taps the magnetic component of this activity. Another group of imaging methods measures neural activity indirectly by registering haemodynamic changes in the brain while the subject is performing a cognitive task. These methods utilise the fact that in normal conditions there is a close coupling between neuronal activity in a brain region and its haemodynamics: increased activity is coupled with increased blood flow, which transports more glucose and oxygen for the active neural tissue. The methods are functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), positron emission tomography (PET), and near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). In what follows, we discuss each of these methodologies.

This major clade, whose members are collectively known as gnathostomes (‘jawed mouths’), made its earliest definitive appearance in the Silurian period, 444–416 million years (Myr) ago, with both the origin of the modern (crown-group) radiation and the presumptive invasion of land occurring by the end of the Devonian period2 (359 Myr ago). This artist who stood quite apart from all groups and parties, who had never participated in the travelling art exhibitions of peredvizhniki, who severed all the connection with the art world, and who sailed his own boat, enjoyed a high reputation among the representatives of "realistic" and "revealing" school. That was Vasily Vereshchagin, at one time the most popular person in the world of Russian art, who was renowned not only in Russia but throughout the world. His name stormed not only St. Petersburg and Moscow, but also Berlin, Paris, London and America.
I still remember the people who 20 years ago flocked at a Vereshchagin’s exhibition to see his motley, full of blood pictures that gave a dumbfound impression. Being held in rooms with no daylight (decorated with paintings of odd outlandish things and tropical plants) these exhibitions made a horrifying, overwhelming effect. I clearly remember this growing impenetrable mass of people that crowded in front of prodigious paintings brightly illuminated with electricity. These bright or bleak giant canvases illustrated marching fabulously dressed up Hindus and richly embellished elephants with maharajahs on their backs. They depicted miserable troops dragged in the deep snow of the mountains or a priest in a black chasuble who under the dim sky read the burial services to the whole field covered with naked bodies of dead. These paintings had an effect of a severe delirium.

Точное время образования их неизвестно. Из материалов переписи 1745 г. следует, что жители деревень были учтены еще в перепись 1724 г. И если бы не строительство в 1739 г. Плавильного завода в месте слияния рек Барнаулки и Оби, то они так и остались бы деревнями, как большинство населенных пунктов на Алтае. Именно в 1730 г. Демидовские приказчики обратили внимание на реку Барнаулку как на удобное место для строительства завода по переработке медной руды. Сам завод начали строить в 1739 г., закончили – в 1744.
Übersetzung - Englisch Barnaul was founded in 1730. The first settlements on the territory of the today’s Barnaul were Ust-Barnaulskaya and Verkh- Barnaulskaya villages. The exact time of their foundation remains unknown. The census of 1745 indicates that these villages were taken into account as early as in the census of 1724. If it were not for the construction of a smelting plant at the confluence of the Ob and the Barnaulka rivers in 1739, they would have remained villages, as most of the settlements in Altai. It was 1730 when Demidov’s factory managers recognized the Barnaulka as a convenient place for building a copper ore processing plant. The year 1739 saw the first construction activities of this plant which were finished in 1744.

In 2013 I graduated from the AltSPA (Altai State Pedagogical Academy), Faculty of Linguistic Institute (Barnaul, Russia) majoring in English, German and Translation. My education was accompanied by translation practice in International and Interregional Relations Department of Altai Krai Administration, Department of Historical and Cultural Heritage and Tourism of Altai State Pedagogical Academy, and the Barnaul Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. Besides, I have an experience of interpreting for yogis.
During the successful five years of study I was engaged in translation and consecutive interpretation dealing with the following types of documents:
* scientific reports;
* manuals and safety techniques;
* contracts, agreements, apostilles;
* birth certificates, IDs, diplomas and school leaving certificates etc.;
* newspaper and magazine articles;
* monographs;
* advertising pamphlets, companies' mottos and slogans;

Besides, I have interpretation experience for Altai Krai Administration, International and Interregional Relations Department, Barnaul (Russia).
