Considerando che non è stato riconosciuto alcun motivo per emettere un verdetto a "non procedere" ai sensi dell'articolo 425 del codice di procedura penale;
Per cui si riconosce che l'ipotesi accusatoria derivante dall'accusa è adeguatamente supportata da elementi raccolti durante le indagini e provenienti dalle fonti di prove sopra menzionate, ragioni per le quali la richiesta di accusa deve essere considerata valida.
Übersetzung - Englisch Having examined all the evidence sources that were analytically indicated by the public prosecutor in the indictment request of the 04/09/2018;
Whereas no reason has been recognized to deliver a “not to prosecute” verdict pursuant to the article 425 of the criminal procedure code;
Whereby it is acknowledged that the accusatory hypothesis resulting from the charge is adequately supported by elements gathered during the investigations and coming out from the above-mentioned evidence sources, reasons for which the indictment request must be regarded as valid.
