Translation isn't just a job, it is art...

To take something someone else wrote, something that isn't just the words, the sentences, the chapters... Something that came from that creative, noisy stillness in someone else, to reach in a certain way to a certain audience... To take that, to lift it into your creative mind and heart and transform it so that it reaches the audience in another language, your language, in a true authentic way... That is art!

Writing isn't just about the words - it is about what the spaces in between the words speak to you...

Since I was a kid I have always loved to write, to express what I see and sense on and beyond the surface in words, in poems, in any creative way.
I want to take that what touches me and bring it out so that it speaks from in between the rows of words into what is true and what is real in the reader.
What is real touches us, it changes us, or rather: it brings out that in us that never changes, that deep, noisy stillness, so full of potential, so full of what we are, for real in truth.... And it helps us to let go of all the stuff that we are not.

Had many different kinds of jobs and met all kind of people...
By profession I'm physical therapist, and have knowledge about health, the body and how it works, but also in psychology and spirituality...

Done a lot of training in big companies, to reduce stress, mindfulness, meditation, and strategies to keep the balance in a busy working day...

Am original Danish, living in Canada since 2013...
Write fluently in both English and Danish, have understanding for German, Swedish and Norwegian as well...
