I am a freelance translator and editor, working in the language pair English/German. In the past two years I have translated texts and audio files from a large range of topics - from medical interviews over subtitles for movies to IT guidelines for companies specialised in software development.
Currently I am studying part-time beside my work with the goal to obtain a bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from the Open University in Milton Keynes, England. With the knowledge and terminology acquired during my studies I would like to specialise in working with texts related to natural scientific topics; however, I am open to translation projects from all subjects and always interested in working with texts from a new topic.
