Ausgangstext - Englisch Stuck pipe and fishing challenges occur while drilling a well. Stuck pipe presents an undesirable well condition when the drill string movement is deterred either in the vertical path or in rotation. Fishing operations, also being closely related and usually as a result of stuck pipe scenario, is yet another condition of dilemma when either part of the drill string, handling, accessory or well logging tools are lost in the well. Worldwide, it is estimated that stuck pipe and fishing operations contribute to 25% of the drilling cost. These two conditions are not only risky but equally consume the rig’s productive time. While a number of technologies, tools and expertise are available for stuck pipe and fishing challenges, statistics still indicate high failure rates leading to costly well abandonment or complex side-tracking efforts.
Stuck pipe seems to be an unavoidable problem. Based on historical data every third well will experience stuck pipe, and various estimates indicates that associated costs exceeds $250 mill per year for the industry. Since the problem is repetitive, a logical countermeasure is to store the data describing stuck pipe situations and implement procedures that reuse this information to solve similar problems when encountered. When a sufficiently large data base is created, it can be applied to analyze any new stuck pipe situation: How does the new situation (new case) compare to any of the previous cases and what was the solution to the most successful of them? What are the recommendations for the new case? If the new problem is solved, a new case can be created which supports the recommended solution, or if the solution is different, an additional case can be created containing new insight and experience.
Übersetzung - Ukrainisch Під час буріння може трапитися прихоплення інструменту та виникнути необхідність проведення аварійно-ловильних робіт. Прихоплення інструменту є результатом небажаного стану свердловини, що призводить до обмеження руху інструменту у вертикальному напрямі або його обертання. Аварійно-ловильні роботи, що мають безпосереднє відношення до прихоплення, у результаті якого виникає необхідність їх виконання, також частково призводять до втрати частини бурильного інструменту, інструменту для СПО, допоміжного інструменту або геофізичних приладів. За світовими оцінками прихоплення інструменту та аварійно-ловильні роботи складають 25% витрат на буріння. Окрім того, що ці дві умови створюють певні ризики, вони також є причиною втрати продуктивного часу. Незважаючи на наявність технологій, обладнання та досвіду для вирішення проблем, пов’язаних із прихопленням та аварійно-ловильними роботами, статистика показує велику кількість ускладнень, що призводять до ліквідації свердловин або складної зарізки бокового стовбура, що дорого коштує.
Прихоплення інструменту є невідворотною проблемою. Згідно зі статистикою, кожна третя свердловина стикалася з проблемою прихоплення інструменту, і за різними оцінками річні витрати у галузі, пов’язані з ліквідацією цієї проблеми, перевищують $250 мільйонів. Через те, що ця проблема повторюється, логічною протидією їй є зберігання даних, що описують різні ситуації прихоплення інструменту та введення методики повторного використання даної інформації для вирішення схожих проблем. Після створення великої бази даних її можна використовувати для аналізу нових умов прихоплення інструменту та знайти відповіді на наступні питання. Як можна порівняти нові умови (ситуації) з попередніми випадками, і що саме допомогло успішно вирішити проблему? Що можна порекомендувати при вирішенні нових складних випадків. У разі вирішення нової проблеми створюється новий приклад прихоплення з рекомендаціями щодо вирішення проблеми, або, якщо спосіб вирішення проблеми відрізняється від попередніх, створюється додатковий приклад із практики з новими висновками та досвідом.

from gaseous fuel trading. In addition, the
implementation of TPA, or third-party access,
necessitated the provision of unobstructed access to
infrastructure for third parties other than owners
• Although the changes in polish natural gas sector aimed
at adoption of EU regulations to polish legal system
have begun already in 2003 with the unbundling of
transmission system from the incumbent company, the
real actions towards the liberalisation of natural gas
market started only in 2011
• A number of key changes in the sphere of market
competitiveness were introduced in 2012. The
Transmission Network Code was approved, defining the
virtual point at which natural gas can be traded. The
Polish gas exchange was also launched towards the end of
the year, as part of the Commodity Exchange, following
which the President of the Energy Regulatory Office
(URE) lifted the tariff requirement for the wholesale
segment
• 2013 saw the adoption of the Act which requires major
trading companies to sell a portion of their gas through
the commodity exchange (mandatory exchange sale). The
mandatory sale provision enabled the URE President to
liberalise gas prices for large gas consumers
Übersetzung - Russisch • Изменением, с которого начался процесс либерализации, было введение принципа разделения, что привело к отделению процесса управления инфраструктурой от торговли газообразным топливом. Кроме того, внедрение доступа третьей стороны требует предоставления беспрепятственного доступа к инфраструктуре третьих лиц, которые не являются собственниками.
• Несмотря на то, что изменения в польском газовом секторе, нацеленные на внедрение норм ЕС в польское законодательство, начались еще в 2003 г. с отделения газотранспортной системы от крупнейшей компании, реальные же действия по либерализации рынка природного газа начали предпринимать только в 2011 году.
• В 2011 году было введено несколько ключевых изменений в сфере конкурентоспособности рынка. Был утвержден свод законов «О газотранспортной системе», определяющих виртуальные пункты, в которых можно продавать газ. Также к концу года была запущена польская газовая биржа, являющаяся частью товарно-сырьевой биржи, в соответствии с которой Председатель управления электроэнергетической отрасли (URE) поднял тарифы для сегмента оптовой торговли.
• В 2013 г. был принят закон, требующий от крупнейших торговых компаний продавать часть газа через товарно-сырьевую биржу (обязательная биржевая продажа). Условие обязательной продажи дало возможность председателю управления электроэнергетической отрасли провести либерализацию цен на газ для крупных потребителей.

I have been working as a translator/interpreter (Russian/Ukrainian/English) for 8 years, mainly in petroleum industry (Drilling/Oil and Gas Production). After graduating from the University of Foreign Languages with Master-Equivalent Degree (German, English, Foreign Literature), I was employed by the gas production company that was new at the market. It has been purchased by the Canadian gas producer (Kulczyk Oil Ventures) that was investing a lot of money in this company. I have been working in the team of the best experts in oil and gas production, gelogy, finances, corporate management and lawyers from Canada and Ukraine who have turned this company into one of the major gas producers and players at the market of Ukraine. My duties there were to translate specifications, operating manuals, budgets, financial documents, contracts, technical reports, daily reports, correspondence, to proof read the documents, interpreting during the meetings and conferences, discussions. Later, I was in charge of the reports (proof-reading in both languages, check compliance with the requirements, submission to the accountants). After leaving this company, I have been working as a freelance translator for 3 years. I am working as an individual entrepreneur. I have been working as a subcontractor in the Deloitte Project in Ukraine. The project concerns reforming of major national gas producing company. My duties within this project are translation of documents (tenders, specifications, correspondence) and interpretation during the meetings of different level.
