As a specialized translator from and to three world languages (Arabic-English-German) I follow certain strategies in order to produce an accurate and very well-structured translation, bearing in mind all significant and influential aspects so that the target reader feels that the text is genuine written by a true native speaker.

In addition to this, I have admirable writing skills in the native language as well as a cultural knowledge in the source language(s) and the target language(s). In my studies and experience, I concentrated on different kinds of texts, such as: technical texts, law texts, medical texts, marketing texts, software localization, as well as subtitling. As required for this job, I have excellent computer skills, especially in CAT tools, such as Across, SDL-Trados and SDL-Passolo and in MS Office, mainly: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Having good ways in dealing with colleagues and customers is one of my special traits. Furthermore, I am a self-motivated, organized and flexible person.

Languages were always on the top of my interests, a passion that made me graduate with an excellent degree in English and German language and literature. After translating two books from English to Arabic; "Chicken or Egg" concerning finance and economy, in addition to a reference guide for SMART® in relation to educational technology, my passion was increased towards translation and led me to complete a master degree in specialized translation successfully, where I wrote a master thesis about "Terminology work (AR-EN-GER) and Problems of Arabic Terminology". At the translation department in ZF Friedrichshafen AG, I was trained and worked for 9 months as a diligent project manager, terminologist, translator, and proofreader for Arabic language, using the latest versions of CAT tools and the needed computer programs. This experience has expanded my horizons and gave me the chance to develop and improve my skills related to the translation process from A to Z. Today, I work as a freelance specialized translator for different kinds of texts, among these press texts for international organizations, such as World Economic Forum.
