Lebenslauf

I am a Swedish native with 20+ years of experience in a the automotive industry working as a full-time freelance translator since 2017.

My main fields as a translator are automotive (cars, trucks, buses and construction equipment, including the latest technologies), aerospace and environmental and occupational health & safety laws, regulations, and standards.

My expertise includes technical reports, technical manuals, user interface strings, as well as quality, environmental and work environment management (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001). My services include translation, post editing of machine translations, and proofreading. 



I have a B.Sc. in Business Studies and Economics from Uppsala university and also university level training in Engineering as well as language.



Other areas of detailed knowledge include aviation and music. I am a trumpet player and former military musician, a competition level model aviation pilot and certified remote pilot.
