Ausgangstext - Russisch Известна ОМД, основанная на статическом или динамическом нагружении выше предела текучести предварительно нагретого или холодного металла, находящегося в относительно неподвижном состоянии (при штамповке) или в состоянии движения относительно узла деформации (при прокатке, волочении и плющении), в процессе которого производится пластическое деформирование заготовки из металла для придания ей той или иной формы -листовой или объемной при штамповке; изменение толщины и длины листа, полосы или ленты при прокатке и плющении; изменения диаметра и длины проволоки при волочении (Краткий политехнический словарь. ГИТТЛ, М, 1955г., с.с. 170, 417, 646, 744, 986, 1076).
Для снижения сопротивления металла деформированию, особенно из труднодеформируемых металлов и для уменьшения вероятности хрупкого разрушения заготовки, при осуществлении ОМД приходится нагревать заготовку до красного каления, что вызывает окисление и потери металла, а также затраты средств и энергии на нагрев заготовки.
Кроме того, в некоторых металлах механическое нагружение, остаточная сдвиговая и более сложная деформация, особенно во время холодной ОМД, вызывает нежелательные структурно-фазовые превращения и растрескивания. Например, в метастабильных аустенитных и в нержавеющих сталях при ОМД происходит нежелательное γ-α превращение, в результате чего мягкая аустенитная структура (γ-фаза), имеющая гранецентрированную кубическую кристаллическую решетку (гцк-решетка), на десятки процентов превращается в жесткую мартенситную структуру (α-фаза), имеющую объемноцентрированную также кубическую кристаллическую решетку (оцк-решетка) по типу мартинсита закалки в сталях. В итоге после нескольких проходов ОМД прокаткой, волочением и плющением практически весь объем заготовки заполняется иглами мартенсита деформации (α-фазы). Дополнительная ОМД становится невозможной. Требуется снимать заготовку с технологических переходов и отправлять ее на высокотемпературный отжиг с целью возвращения структуры заготовки вновь в аустенитное состояние с созданием мягкой γ-фазы, пригодной для дальнейшей пластической деформации заготовки. Подобное дробление многопроходного технологического процесса ОМД и включение дорогостоящей операции промежуточных отжигов значительно удорожает процессы ОМД и увеличивает потери металлов, особенно при прокатке, волочении и плющении заготовок, которые осуществляются за десятки технологических переходов и содержат несколько операций промежуточных отжигов.
Значительный нагрев заготовки перед ОМД сопряжен также с экологически неблагоприятными условиями в цехах производства проволоки и ленты, например, при волочении вольфрамовой проволоки, проходящей нагрев до красного каления с помощью газовых горелок перед входом ее в волоку.
Наконец, проволока, например, из меди, которая идет на производство проводов и кабелей, и к которой предъявляются повышенные требования в отношении ее электрической проводимости, в результате обычной ОМД волочением приобретает повышенное электрическое сопротивление как результат возникающего наклепа, несовершенства текстуры и неупорядоченной дислокационной структуры, что нельзя устранять, либо частично снимать отжигом из-за снижения в результате отжига прочности проволоки на конечном размере, что недопустимо для готовой продукции как в отношении проводов, так и в отношении кабелей, изготавливаемых из этих проводов.
В результате обычной ОМД прокаткой или волочением неупорядоченной становится дислокационная структура заготовки. Как показали просвечивающие электронномикроскопические и рентгеноструктурные исследования, металлы с высокими значениями энергии дефекта упаковки (Al, W, Mo) в ходе ОМД имеют тенденции к проявлению коллективных мод пластической деформации, что выражается в неравномерном распределении дислокаций по телу зерна, в образовании дислокационных стенок, полос и сеток. Образуется также неравномерная крупная ячеистая дислокационная структура. В металлах с низкими значениями энергии дефекта упаковки (Ag, Pb, Au, нержавеющей стали) в ходе ОМД происходит образование двойников как наиболее устойчивых элементов структуры, также препятствующих пластической деформации в ходе ОМД и являющихся причиной растрескивания.
В частности, по мере увеличения деформации при холодной ОМД прокаткой стали 12Х18Н10Т помимо выпадения в большом количестве мартенситной α-фазы в виде игл и прослоек, происходит диспергирование аустеничных зерен, появление двойников, интенсивная разориентация микрообъемов зерен аустенита, разделенных дислокационными сетками и стенками, плотность дислокаций в которых достигает значений 1011 см-2, что может привести при продолжении ОМД без отжига к растрескиванию и разрушению заготовки.
В результате широко применяемой в технологических операциях ОМД листовой штамповки, например, тонкостенных деталей силового набора и обшивки элементов летательных аппаратов операции термической интенсификации деформации заготовок (О.В. Попов. Сб. тезисов докладов II Всероссийской конференции «Действие электромагнитных полей на пластичность материалов», г.Николаев, РИО ОБЛПОЛИГРАФиздата, часть I, стр.17, 1990 г.) путем дифференцированного их нагрева также имеют ряд недостатков. К ним относятся большие энергозатраты, высокие температуры штамповки, приводящие к росту зерна и ухудшению эксплуатационных показателей получаемых деталей, в частности, к снижению величины их циклической договечности, а также необходимости в проведении послеоперационных термической и поверхностно-пластической обработок. Недостатком известных технологических операций штамповки является также плохие экологические условия в цехах производства.
Таким образом, недостатки известных способов ОМД сводятся к следующему:
• повышенное сопротивление металла деформированию в ходе холодной ОМД, приводящее к появлению растрескивания и разрушению заготовки;
• окисление и потери металла при нагреве заготовки с целью снижения сопротивления металла деформированию путем применения горячей ОМД;
• появление нежелательных структурно-фазовых превращений в материале заготовок в ходе ОМД и растрескивание, особенно при холодной ОМД;
• необходимость проведения дорогостоящих операций промежуточных отжигов заготовки в ходе многопереходной холодной ОМД прокаткой, волочением и плющением, что сопряжено также с потерями металла на окисление;
• неблагоприятные экологические условия в цехах производства проволоки и ленты, например, из заготовок вольфрама и его сплавов, проходящих подогрев до красного каления с помощью газовых горелок перед входом заготовки в зону деформации;
• повышенное электрическое сопротивление заготовок (проволоки) после холодной ОМД волочением как результат наклепа и образования несовершенной текстуры в них;
• появление неупорядоченной спонтанной дислокационной структуры и изменение фазового состава металла, прошедшего холодную или теплую ОМД, что выражается в возникновении дислокационных стенок, полос и сеток, крупной ячеистой дислокационной структуры и двойников, а также мартенситной фазы в сталях, что может быть причиной растрескивания и разрушения заготовки в ходе ОМД;
• небольшая величина циклической долговечности деталей, полученной ОМД штамповкой, при разной степени ресурса пластичности;
• большие энергозатраты и высокие температуры ОМД штамповкой и ковкой, приводящие к росту зерна и ухудшению эксплуатационных показателей получаемых изделий, а также необходимость послеоперационных поверхностно-пластических обработок и ухудшение экологических условий в цехах производства.
Übersetzung - Englisch It is well known that metal-forming processes are based on static or dynamic loading above the fluidity limit of a pre-heated or cold metal in a relatively immobile state (in punching) or in a state of motion relative to a forming unit (in rolling, drawing and flattening), in the process of which the metal blank undergoes plastic deformation in order to give it a certain form: a sheet or three-dimensional form in punching; a change of thickness or length of a sheet, band or ribbon in rolling or flattening; or a change in the diameter and length of a wire in the case of drawing (Concise Polytechnic Dictionary [Kratky polytechnichesky slovar] GITTL, Мoscow, 1955, pp. 170, 417, 646, 744, 986, 1076).
To decrease the resistance of the metal to deformation, particularly that of difficult-to-form metals, and to reduce the probability of brittle breakage of the blank, the blank has to be heated to a red hot state for metal-forming, which causes oxidation and metal loss, and which incurs costs and energy consumption to heat the blank.
Furthermore, in certain metals, mechanical loading, residual shear and more complex deformation, particularly during cold forming, cause undesirable structure-phase transformations and cracking. For example, in metastable austenitic and stainless steels, undesirable γ-α transformation occurs, as a result of which the soft austenitic structure (γ-phase), having a face-centred cubic crystalline lattice (fcc lattice), transforms by tens of percentage points into a rigid martensitic structure (α-phase) with a body-centred, also cubic crystalline lattice (bcc lattice) in terms of the type of martensite tempering in steels. As a result, after several metal forming operations of rolling, drawing or flattening, almost all the body of the blank consists of martensite needles of deformation (α-phase). Further forming is then impossible. Should it be required, the blank must first undergo high-temperature annealing, to create new soft γ-phase and thus return the structure of the blank to an austenitic state capable of further plastic deformation. The tendency in the metal-forming process towards multi-pass operations, together with the provision of expensive interim annealing facilities, significantly increases the cost of the metal forming process and increases metal losses, particularly in the rolling, drawing and flattening of blanks, which is performed over tens of process runs and which contains several interim annealing operations.
The significant heating of a blank before metal forming is also linked to ecologically unfavourable conditions in wire and ribbon production workshops, such as in the drawing of tungsten wire, which is heated to red heat using gas burners prior to entering the die block.
Finally, a wire, for example a copper wire that is to be used in the production of electrical wires and cables and which is subject to higher specifications for electrical conductivity, in fact increases in resistance as a result of the cold hardening, the imperfect texture and irregular dislocation structure that cannot be eliminated, or which can be only partially reduced through annealing, since the annealing results in a finite reduction in the strength of the wire which is unacceptable for a finished product, both in terms of the wires and in terms of the cables that are made from these wires.
As a result of conventional metal forming by rolling or drawing the dislocation structure of the blank becomes irregular. Transmission electron microscope and X-ray structural research have shown that metals with high stacking fault energy values (Al, W, Mo) have a tendency in the course of metal forming to display collective modes of plastic deformation, which is evident in the uneven distribution of dislocations over the body of the grain and in the formation of dislocation walls, cavities and lattices. An uneven, large, cellular dislocation structure is also formed. In metals with low stacking fault energy values (Ag, Pb, Au, stainless steel) the metal-forming causes the formation of twins as the most stable element of the structure, and these also hinder plastic deformation in the course of the forming process and are the cause of cracking.
In particular, as deformation increases under cold rolling of 12Х18Н10Т steel, in addition to the precipitation of a large quantity of martensitic α-phase in the form of needles and layers, there occurs a dispersion of austenitic grains, the formation of twins and the intense disorientation of microvolumes of the austenitic grains, divided by dislocation lattices and walls; the density of dislocations can reach values of 1011cm-2, which can lead to the cracking and breaking of the blank if it undergoes metal forming without annealing.
As a result of the sheet punching widely employed in metal-forming processes, for example, for thin-walled parts of a primary structure or the casing of aircraft parts, thermal deformation intensification operations on blanks (O.V. Popov, Collected Theses of Reports II, All-Russia Conference “The action of electromagnetic fields on the plasticity of materials”, Nikolaev, RIO OBLPOLIGRAFizdat, part I, 1990, p.17) also have a number of shortcomings as a result of the differential heating involved. These include considerable energy costs and a high punching temperature that leads to the growth of grain and a deterioration in the performance characteristics of the resulting parts, in particular a fall in their cycle life and the need to conduct post-operational thermal and surface-plastic processing. A further shortcoming of existing punching process operations is also the poor ecological conditions in the production workshops.
The shortcomings of existing metal-forming methods thus come down to the following:
• increased resistance of the metal to deformation in the course of cold forming, leading to cracking and breakage of the blank;
• oxidation and metal loss where the blank is heated to reduce the resistance of the metal to deformation by means of hot forming;
• the appearance of undesirable structure-phase transformations in the material of the blank during forming, and of cracking, particularly under cold forming;
• the need to perform expensive interim annealing operations on the blank in the course of multipass cold rolling, drawing and flattening, which also causes metal loss through oxidation;
• adverse ecological conditions in wire and ribbon production workshops, for example in the case of tungsten and its alloys, whose blanks are heated to red heat using gas burners prior to entry to the deformation zone;
• increased electrical resistance of blanks (wire) after cold drawing as a result of cold hardening and the formation of imperfect texture;
• the formation of irregular spontaneous dislocation structure and a change in the phase composition of metals after cold or warm forming processes, evident in the appearance of dislocation walls, cavities and lattices and a large cell-like dislocation structure and twins, as well as the formation of martensite phase in steels, which could be the cause of cracking and breakdown of the blank in the course of the forming process;
• a low cycle life in parts whose manufacture involves punching, with a varying degree of plasticity resource;
• significant energy costs and high temperatures for punching and forging, leading to growth of grain and a deterioration in the performance characteristics of the resultant products, the need for post-operational surface-plastic processing and the worsening of environmental conditions in production workshops.

Ausgangstext - Deutsch In der Projektlaufzeit von zwei Jahren, sowie in den folgenden Jahren sollen an den turkmenischen Hochschulen eine Vielzahl von Managern ein Retrainingprogramm durchlaufen, das fünf Module enthält. Die Module richten sich an dem Management-Lehrstandard der westeuropäischen Länder und bilden die Fachbereiche Finanzierung, Unternehmensführung, Projektmanagement, Controlling und internationales Vertragsrecht ab. Um zu vergewissern, dass die turkmenischen Manager erfolgreich ausgebildet werden, muss gewährleistet werden, dass die Dozenten über eine fachbezogene Qualifikation von mindestens einem der fünf Module verfügen.
Die turkmenischen Dozenten werden von drei westeuropäischen Hochschulen unterstützt. Die Wirtschaftakademie Schleswig-Holstein aus Deutschland, die dänische Svendbourg Business Academy und die englische Hochschule bilden ein Konsortium, mit dem die turkmenischen Hochschulen in kontinuierlichen Zeitabständen betreute Exkursionen durchführen.
Die Auswahl der 15 an dem Projekt teilnehmenden, turkmenischen Dozenten erfolgt in zwei Schritten, dem Bewerbungsverfahren und dem Test zur Feststellung der Englischkenntnisse.

Heute bekam ich Deinen Brief und beantworte zugleich auch dein Schreiben. Was Du mir schreibst ist wahr und bis ich nach Prag komme, werde ich Dir nicht alle meine Leiden, welche ich fast 1.5 Jahren ausgestanden habe, erzählen.
Ich habe „Ihm“ alles verziehen, er hat sich selbst bestraft, Er der so gern auf der Welt war, mußte vor der Zeit sterben, denn wenn er so sich geschont hätte, konnte er noch 10 Jahren leben. Ich bin gesund und schlafe schon wieder gut, nur das Essen schmeckt mir nicht so gut, als früher.
Mit dem Testament bin ich zufrieden, sein Wille soll geschehen, nur keinen Prozeß führen, der kostet mehr, als er einträgt, [...]
Der Vera danke ich vorläufig für Ihre Hilfe, wir werden ja sehen, was weiter sein wird. Ich spreche nicht mehr gern von dem ganzen Schmutz, lieber rein machen.

Let me thank Vera in advance for her help. We’ll wait and see what will happen next. I no longer like to talk about this whole filth, I prefer to clean up.
The testament is with the court. I have an advocate, and [dealing with] the estate will take a long time yet. I have only also handed in my security(deposit), so we will have to wait patiently until everything is decided.
