Source text - English Leased Properties. The leases and subleases described on Schedule 3 attached hereto (the “Leased Properties” or the “Real Property”) constitute all of the leases and subleases under which the Company holds leasehold or subleasehold interests in real property. Subject to performance and authority of the relevant lessor: (1) the real property leases and subleases described on Schedule 3 are valid, binding, enforceable and in full force and effect and have not been modified (except to the extent disclosed in the documents delivered to the Purchaser); and (2) the Company holds a valid and existing leasehold interest under such leases or subleases to which it is a party for the term set forth on Schedule 3. The Company has delivered to the Purchaser complete and accurate copies of each of the leases or subleases described on Schedule XX.

Die im hier beigefügten Plan 3 beschriebenen Pacht- und Unterpachtverhältnisse (die “Gepachteten Besitztümer” oder der “Immobilienbesitz”) bezeichnen sämtliche Pacht- und Unterpachtverhältnisse, unter denen das Unternehmen Pacht- oder Unterpachtbeteiligungen an Immobilien innehat. Born in 1976, I am a
native German speaker, originally from Northern Bavaria. I hold an M.
A. degree in Anthropology and Comparative Religion from
Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg (Germany). I specialised in
European cultures, but also worked with a variety of other subject
areas and became familiar with current international discourses.
Aside from that, I hold a certificate for teaching German as a
foreign language from International House, Freiburg (Germ.). Because
of my general interest in languages and communication, I have studied
Italian and Spanish at University as well as when travelling. I also
spent one year studying at Roma 3 University in Rome (Italy). When
studying in Heidelberg, I successfully attended courses in
linguistics and literature at the department for Romance languages
and literature. To me, both studying a language theoretically and
applying my skills directly in contact with different people are
equally important.
