I have been translating since 2008 and working as a full time freelance translator since 2014. I have had the opportunity, for educational and professional reasons, to live in several English-speaking countries as well as Germany, where I am currently.

As an international and European law graduate, I naturally gained experience translating legal texts, including pleadings, contracts and various types of documents dealing with a large array of legal topics.

In parallel, I have had a long-term collaboration with a market research company, translating questionnaires, market analysis reports, confidentiality agreements, product descriptions in many fields, from household appliances to pharmaceuticals, via educational topics and veterinary products. I have also transcribed and translated numerous audio and video one-on-one interviews and focus groups related to those same topics.

I am also passionate about anything pertaining to medicine, biology and the environment and through independent research, specialized training and unwavering motivation, I have acquired outstanding skills in those areas as well.

Lastly I've been volunteering for Translators without borders, translating numerous documents regarding human rights and child protection.

I am offering translation, subtitling and proofreading services in the following combinations: English-French, German-French and French-French.

In 2022, I passed the Diploma in Translation from the Chartered Institute of Linguists with Distinction for all three papers (general, science and technology) in the English into French combination. I received the DipTrans Best Candidate award this year.

In order to achieve the most satisfying result, I strongly believe that attention to detail, good research skills and an eagerness to learn are key. I am reliable and always strive to deliver a product that reads like a French original. I also greatly value communication with my clients and am always happy to promptly answer any queries when a project is underway.
