De asemenea, cetățeanul se poate adresa instanței și pentru nesoluționarea în termen a reclamației sale sau pentru refuzul nejustificat de soluționare a acesteia.
Übersetzung - Deutsch Ist der Bürger mit der Antwort auf seine Verwaltungsbeschwerde nicht zufrieden oder hat er innerhalb der gesetzlichen Frist keine Antwort erhalten, kann er sich gemäß Art. 8 Abs. 1 des Gesetzes Nr. 554/2004 an das für seinen Wohnsitz zuständige Finanz- und Verwaltungsgericht wenden und beantragen, dass der Verwaltungsakt ganz oder teilweise für nichtig erklärt wird. Der Bürger kann sich auch an das Gericht wenden, wenn seine Beschwerde nicht fristgerecht bearbeitet oder die Bearbeitung ungerechtfertigterweise abgelehnt wurde.
