bräuchte drigend Hilfe zu einem Satz bzw. Satzteil. Es geht um eine Freistellungserklärung, in der die Haftung des Sponsors einer klinischen Studie gegenüber dem Institut definiert wird. In einem Absatz werden die Ausnahmen für diese Haftung erläutert - und hier hänge ich komplett bei der Formulierung "provided that this condition is not treated as breached by..." (in Großbuchtstaben). M.E. gibt dies bei wörtlicher Übersetzung einfach keinen Sinn. Aber wahrscheinlich habe ich einfach nur eine Hänger.
