"write-off" should be pretty obvious.
"statute of limitations" is there because the write-off isn't simply because it's a bad debt as another answer suggests but because you can no longer sue for redress (too late). This isn't the same and needs to be specified.
It can also be "statutes" in plural in case there was more than one limit that have lapsed but singular should normally be enough.
